Problem:
- Before adopting Arkiter, Mozrest faced a significant challenge in their recruitment process, primarily revolving around time management. The specific issues were:

- ✖ Skill-Specific Assessments: There was a need for specific content to review the particular skills of candidates, which was lacking in their existing process.

Arkiter gave us a good impression from the start. It was easy to set up, simple to use, and straight to the point. Before using Arkiter, the biggest challenge we faced was the time it took to prepare assessments, create code challenges, and review those challenges. Arkiter addressed this by significantly reducing the time required, which was a huge relief.
From my perspective, I would rate Arkiter an 8 out of 10 for resolving our problem. It lacked some specifics on the content we wanted to review particular skills of candidates, but overall, it was effective.
The platform's ease of setup, use, and tracking in one view were particularly good, earning a perfect 10 in each of these aspects. However, the variety of challenges fell a bit short, especially when creating roles with different difficulty levels and focusing on various skills.
The candidate experience was generally positive, with two out of three candidates having a fantastic experience. Overall, I would rate the candidate experience a 7 out of 10. The skill assessment accuracy was good, though not perfect, earning an 8 out of 10. Specifically for the candidate we hired, Dakshi, Arkiter assessed her skills well, but we had to give her another test to ensure she fit our company values, so I would rate this a 7 or 8 out of 10.
While we are not looking to hire at the moment, if the variety and level of challenges improve, I would consider using Arkiter again and give it an 8 out of 10 for future use likelihood. Considering the charge, the value received was excellent, earning a 10 out of 10.
I would definitely recommend Arkiter to a friend or colleague, giving it a 10 out of 10. Arkiter saved me a lot of time and did a very good job judging the skills of the candidates. It allowed me to quickly refine a search, saving me approximately 4-6 hours per recruitment cycle.
